The amount you will donate using Gift Aid is the same as your Membership cost if you choose to do so. I am a UK taxpayer and understand that if I pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax in the current tax year than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all my donations it is my responsibility to pay any difference. Please notify the charity if you want to cancel this declaration, change your name or home address, or no longer pay sufficient tax on your income and/or capital gains.

If you pay Income Tax at the higher or additional rate and want to receive the additional tax relief due to you, you must include all your Gift Aid donations on your Self-Assessment tax return or ask HM Revenue and Customs to adjust your tax code.

The Bentwaters Aviation Society was formed to preserve the history and heritage of the ‘Twin Bases’ at RAF Bentwaters and RAF Woodbridge for future generations. This will be achieved mainly through the society’s involvement with the Bentwaters Cold War Museum.

Your membership of the society helps to keep alive the history of the ‘Twin Bases’, by actively supporting the society and the museum.

Annual UK Subscription is from January – December each year and will include free admission to the Bentwaters Cold War Museum , members-only Open Days and tours of the airfield, free entry to BCWM special open days when arranged, monthly meetings including guest speakers and slide/film shows, copies of the superb colour 12+ paged ‘Command Post’ newsletter published three times a year, organised visits to other museums and airfields, and the opportunity to become a staff member/volunteer at the Bentwaters Cold War Museum.
